Our Story
After 40, our founder entered a season she could no longer ignore. As her body changed, she began noticing changes in her hair, including periods of increased shedding. She was devastated.
After doing extensive research, she was reminded of a tradition her aunt once used on her hair. So she returned to that practice and created a hair oil.
What began as a simple experiment was shaped by memories of the women in her life and by her aunt’s use of natural oils in her regular hair care routine. Inspired by those traditions and the Ayurvedic practice of scalp massage, the blend of hair oils became a true labor of love.
But just as meaningful as the oil itself was the ritual. Warming it between her fingertips and palms. Massaging her scalp. Slowing her breath. Those quiet moments became a small but powerful way to pause and reconnect after a long day.
What began as care for her hair became care for herself.
When she shared the practice, other women immediately understood. It became clear that many women were craving a simple, realistic way to slow down and feel restored.
